Overview
We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. You’ll drive productivity, ensure compliance (GDP/MHRA), and manage a team to deliver accurate, high‑quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse operatives, ensuring targets are met
- Maintain compliance with GDP, MHRA, H&S, and cold‑chain standards
- Ensure accurate dispatch of goods and correct documentation
- Manage performance, training, and development of staff
- Handle investigations, errors, and continuous improvement activities
- Support shift management and deputise when required
Requirements
- Previous warehouse/team leader experience
- Understanding of regulated environments (ideally pharma/GDP)
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Good IT and administrative ability
- Flexible to work rotating shifts
