We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team supporting the healthcare supply chain.

In this role, you will help ensure the safe storage, handling, and movement of products while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting outbound shipment activities.

You will play a vital role in maintaining product integrity, traceability, and operational efficiency within a regulated warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor temperature-sensitive products during storage and shipment preparation.
  • Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation accurately.
  • Maintain product traceability through effective stock control and record keeping.
  • Identify and process on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials in line with company procedures.
  • Coordinate the safe movement of materials using approved warehouse equipment.
  • Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support outbound operations.
  • Escalate inventory discrepancies and non-standard handling issues promptly.
  • Support compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures at all times.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.

Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.

Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.

Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.

Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.

Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.

Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.

Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.

Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.

Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.

Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
