- Location: Bicester
- Hours per week: Minimum 48 hours – 6 days/week (Mon-Fri full days + Sat morning)
- Salary: £35,642.88
- Route: Applicants should ideally live within 10 miles of OX26 3HA.
This role supports Cencora’s wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 3.5‑tonne van to complete assigned daily pharmaceutical deliveries.
- Load and unload totes onto the van while maintaining their integrity and security.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries made and any other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with the transport team to relay updates or address any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
- Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure the van is roadworthy.
- Lift tote bins up to 25 kg.
- Deliver upwards of 50 high‑volume deliveries per day.
Qualifications
- Valid manual driving licence with no more than 3 ‘live’ points.
- Proven experience as a Multi Drop van driver or similar role.
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and knowledge of assigned delivery areas/routes.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to delivery schedules.
