Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 3.5‑tonne van to complete assigned daily pharmaceutical deliveries.
  • Load and unload totes onto the van while maintaining their integrity and security.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries made and other relevant information.
  • Communicate effectively with the transport team to relay updates or address any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure the van is roadworthy.
  • Lift tote bins up to 25 kg.
  • Carry out upwards of 50 high‑volume deliveries per day.

Requirements

  • Valid manual driver’s licence with no more than 3 live points.
  • Proven experience as a Multi Drop Van Driver or similar role.
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and knowledge of assigned delivery areas/routes.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to delivery schedules.
