This role supports Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through Alliance Healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 3.5-tonne van to complete assigned daily pharmaceutical deliveries.
- Load and unload totes onto the van while maintaining their integrity and security.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries made, and other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with the transport team to relay updates or address issues that may arise during delivery.
- Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure your van is roadworthy.
- Lift tote bins up to 25 kg.
- Carry out upwards of 50 high-volume deliveries per day.
Requirements:
- Valid manual driver's licence with no more than 3 ‘live’ points.
- Proven experience as a Multi Drop Van Driver or similar role.
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and knowledge of delivery routes.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to delivery schedules.
