Job Details
- Location: Leigh, WN7
- Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5.30pm (with 30 minutes unpaid break)
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Contract: fixed term contract until the end of July 2027
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email
- Track orders and provide updates to customers
- Resolve issues quickly, including delivery and order queries
- Liaise with internal teams and external carriers
- Amend orders while minimising disruption
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Handle complaints calmly and professionally
- Support service levels and team targets .
About You
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems
- Positive, team-oriented approach
