Job Details

  • Full‑time position responsible for developing IT solutions for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Application development in key Alloga systems
  • Developing database solutions using industry‑leading DBMS
  • Designing and implementing client integration projects
  • Setting up customer EDI integrations
  • Producing and maintaining strict change control
  • Producing and maintaining IT documentation
  • Testing system changes
  • Providing technical support to users
  • Supporting issues related to key Alloga systems
  • Effectively managing issues in a timely manner according to agreed targets
  • Providing knowledge transfer and training to IT support function
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs and training requirements
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders, customers, and clients
