Job Details
- Full‑time position responsible for developing IT solutions for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Application development in key Alloga systems
- Developing database solutions using industry‑leading DBMS
- Designing and implementing client integration projects
- Setting up customer EDI integrations
- Producing and maintaining strict change control
- Producing and maintaining IT documentation
- Testing system changes
- Providing technical support to users
- Supporting issues related to key Alloga systems
- Effectively managing issues in a timely manner according to agreed targets
- Providing knowledge transfer and training to IT support function
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs and training requirements
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders, customers, and clients
