Key Tasks
- To ensure that all department activity is performed in accordance with company procedures and client instructions.
- To ensure that all work activities are always in line with the Company Health & Safety policies/standards.
- To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to the H&S Manager.
- To ensure that only equipment for which full training has been received is operated.
- To ensure any MHE used is fit for purpose by completing a pre-use check before operating. Any defects should be reported to the relevant Line Manager.
- To ensure that personal appearance is in keeping with the company guidelines ensuring that the company uniform is worn and is clean and in presentable condition together with the wearing and displaying of a valid identity pass.
- To ensure that all operations are in line with the MHRA and GDP standards including maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping.
- To ensure that all direct reports adhere to the Company Health & Safety policies/standards at all times.
- To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Management.
- Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures and Training Manuals in order to ensure activities are performed in compliance with relevant requirements of GDP, GMP (as applicable) and any ISO certifications held by the company.
- To report any damage or defect whether it be to equipment, property, or products to a supervisor.
- To encourage continuous improvement in all areas of contract operations.
