About The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our friendly and experienced team at Alloga UK, part of Cencora. This role sits at the heart of our operation, supporting healthcare customers and partners by ensuring orders are processed accurately and queries are resolved smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling customer queries via phone and email, providing clear, professional support
- Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales
- Working closely with warehouse, finance, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Managing inboxes and keeping customers updated on order progress
- Dealing with urgent or special order requests calmly and efficiently
- Producing routine reports and supporting customer account activity
You won’t be expected to know everything on day one – full training is provided, and you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and team leaders.

- Previous experience in customer service, admin or order processing (preferred, not essential)
- Confident communication skills, both written and over the phone
- Good attention to detail and basic numeracy skills
