We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Fridge Assembler to join our warehouse operations team. You will be responsible for accurately picking, assembling and packaging temperature-controlled pharmaceutical products while maintaining strict cold chain requirements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are handled safely, accurately and efficiently to support excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Accurately assemble refrigerated stock in line with pick notes and customer requirements
- Maintain cold chain conditions (2°C - 8°C) at all times in accordance with company procedures
- Package cold chain products correctly using approved bags, packaging materials and identification labels
- Report any cold chain variances or stock discrepancies immediately to the Shift Supervisor
- Identify and report any picking or filling errors
- Maintain knowledge of pack sizes and hospital product lines
- Assemble orders in the correct sequence while achieving productivity and accuracy targets
- Carry out stock date checks in line with company guidelines
- Escalate unusual order quantities and ensure supervisor sign-off where required
- Handle stock carefully to minimise damage and maintain product integrity
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within refrigerated storage areas
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies, procedures and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements
- High level of visual accuracy and attention to detail
