Apply today!# **Job Details**Processes, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and departmental paperwork to ensure timely delivery and visibility. Maintains orderly filing systems by organizing, storing, and retrieving documents to support efficient access and record accuracy. Prepares meeting and activity materials by making copies, collating handouts, and assembling basic administrative packets. Supports scheduling and workload coordination by communicating updates and assisting with routine administrative logistics. Tracks and updates basic departmental records and information to maintain completeness, accuracy, and readiness for use. Responds to routine requests from internal stakeholders by providing information, routing items to the right owner, and following up as needed..High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.Less than 2 years of experience in clerical support, filing, document handling, office support, records maintenance, or a related field required.Communicates clearly with associates and managers to receive requests and provide accurate updates.Demonstrates attention to detail when filing, sorting, and handling departmental documentation.Manages multiple clerical tasks by prioritizing routine requests and completing work within expected timelines.Maintains a professional and service-oriented approach when interacting with internal stakeholders and visitors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
