Apply today!# **Job Details**This role is in support of Cencora\’s wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.**Job Title: Multi Drop Van Driver****Location: Attleborough****Hours per week: 48hrs M/T/W/TH/F and Sat (every Saturday morning)****Salary: £37,090.56** **Job Summary**To ensure the speedy, efficient, and accurate delivery of pharmaceuticals to pharmacies and hospitals. **Key Responsibilities:*** To maintain a safe a competent standard of driving, observing speed limits and other traffic signs and giving due regard to other road users.* To have a daily check to ensure that your vehicle is in a roadworthy condition including a check of the lights, brakes, coolant, etc.* To report any faults, breakdowns, accidents or delays.* To maintain the internal and external condition of the vehicle together with the cleanliness of the vehicle.* To ensure sufficient quantities of fuel have been taken for the day\’s work.* To maintain the security of the vehicle and its contents at all times.* To check all orders shown on the drop sheets and ensure all orders are loaded on the vehicle.* To collect goods returned for credit, mail, delivery bins and their safe return to the branch at times instructed by the branch management.* Ensure damages/breakages are dealt with promptly and correctly with due regard to special procedures for HazChems.* To always maintain a smart appearance.* To help maintain good customer relations.* To be involved in other duties including warehouse tasks as defined by the Management.* Meet all Health & Safety requirements..**Skills Knowledge and Experience required****Essential*** A full driving license must be held relevant to the vehicle being driven* Whilst we do not ask for a clean license, we will assess the risk of employing applicants who have points on their license, and this may affect our decision to shortlist* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Excellent Customer care* Intermediate Numeracy and Literacy**Desirable*** Previous experience of multi-drop delivery driving is highly desirable* Route planning experience**Benefits*** Contributory Pension Scheme* Perks at Work (Discounts on top brands)* Employee Assistance Programme* 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service length# ******What Cencora offers******Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
