Job Details
This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor vehicle maintenance/defect system (pin live) updating defects and organise maintenance planner
- Data entry vehicle mileages, service planning and vehicle checks (WMR)
- Complete Check in / Check out documents for fleet addition / removal
- Ensure monthly targets are met for load security checks such as seatbelt & load security
- Planning vehicle repairs, services & MOTs for both in based and out based vehicles
- General office filing duties & reporting
- Minute taking for investigatory/Disciplinary hearings
- Liaising with garages, workshops and mobile repairs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Driving license would be advantageous but not essential
- Confident in all Microsoft packages: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Candidate must be able to multitask and work well under pressure (I.e time constraints)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Availability to work on site Monday – Friday 07.00 AM-15.30 PM, and every 4 weeks will work on Saturday
