This role is in support of Cencora's third-party logistics service in the UK operating through our Alloga business. As the Customer Support Specialist at Alloga, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all Client Management Information online activity is processed with precision and promptness for our major retail customers. Your expertise will be key in ensuring that clients and customers receive exceptional satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients and customers to guarantee maximum satisfaction and build lasting relationships
  • Manage all Alloga UK Customer Portal activity and ensure client and customer deadlines are met
  • Portal activity includes, but is not limited to: New Product Listing, Loading Client Promotions and Deals, Price Changes, Invoice Query Management, Product Complaint Management, Shortages Management
  • Complete EPOS data weekly for key retail customers for full-service clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Alloga UK, its remit, and how this relates to clients and customers
  • Use customer portals to retrieve fine information, investigate, review, and challenge where appropriate
  • Review, investigate, and respond to customer non-compliances in relation to activities performed by Alloga UK and its clients
  • Understand and manage specific customer processes to ensure Alloga UK is the expert for both customer and client queries
  • Assist the Customer Relations Department with bank holiday planning for key customers
  • Collaborate with other Alloga UK departments where necessary to provide seamless support for customers and clients
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet the demands of our clients and customers
  • Communicate with customers and clients professionally to foster strong relationships at all levels
  • Be open to carrying out any reasonable requests as determined by management
  • Attend client and customer meetings when requested to represent Alloga UK with professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Minimum educated to GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English
  • Previous experience with customer/client portal management is desirable but not essential
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications, with a particular focus on Excel
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills to handle customer/client queries effectively.
  • Proven ability to use initiative and work independently
  • Exceptional relationship skills that create positive experiences for both customers and clients
  • Professional manner that reflects our brand values
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Strong communication skills to engage with customers, clients, and Alloga UK colleagues
