As the Site Training Lead at the Central Logistics Centre (CLC), you will play a key role in ensuring that our team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in a fast-paced logistics and transport environment and to be part of Alliance Healthcare UK's new, next-generation Central Logistics Centre (CLC). This role is pivotal in aligning training initiatives with our organisational goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and championing our commitment to inclusion and excellence.
Some UK travel required, to support other service centres, with overnight stays and attendance at offsite meetings, conventions outside of normal business hours, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if required.
- Strong organisational and planning skills to manage training schedules and materials effectively

- Sound knowledge of commonly used training techniques such as role-playing, on-the-job training, coaching, group discussions, etc.
