We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join our frontline operational team in Basingstoke. This is a key site-based role supporting the smooth and compliant running of fleet, facilities, and colleague administration across the CDC. You will play an important role in helping the site maintain high standards in transport compliance, health and safety, resource planning, and administrative accuracy.

- Location: Basingstoke
- Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
- Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute lunch break
What you’ll be doing
In this varied role, you will support the management team and wider operation by assisting with:
- Compliance relating to Transport Operator Licence Standards
- Compliance with Health and Safety and Facilities across the site
- Correct and accurate reporting of activity, hours, and costs
- Provision of required work equipment for colleagues
- Other administrative duties as required
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, coordinating, and communicating planned HGV maintenance to support Operator Licence compliance
- Maintaining an accurate maintenance planner, including ensuring paperwork is received, filed, uploaded, and stored correctly
- Planning, coordinating, communicating, and recording training activity with internal and external providers
- Planning, coordinating, and communicating planned and reactive facilities maintenance to support Health and Safety compliance
- Reviewing, auditing, and communicating errors and omissions in driver paperwork and data
- Reviewing, auditing, and communicating errors and omissions in site safety checks and data
- Compiling, checking, and submitting core and agency hours to ensure accurate KPI reporting, payroll processing, and agency costings
- Maintaining the driver holiday planner and processing holiday requests within agreed parameters
- Supporting driver resource planning, including schedule changes and cover for holiday, sickness, and rest days using available or agency resource
- Ordering and allocating uniform, stationery, and consumables
- Conducting regular site safety and compliance checks
- Supporting the management team with other administrative duties as needed.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working accurately in a fast-paced operational environment
- A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Competent using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
- Confident handling telephone calls and Teams meetings
- Willing to learn basic Transport and Health & Safety legislation to ensure work is planned in line with compliance standards
Essential skills and experience
- High visual accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
