The predicted salary is between 33000 - 33000 Β£ per year.
The Site Administrator will oversee the implementation of standards and processes for the Central Logistics Centre (CLC) and support improvements in site standards through documentation of new processes and efficiencies. The role is varied and supports warehouse operations with administrative duties.
Principal Accountabilities
- Answering queries from internal and external customers
- Collaborate with HRPC to explore and develop opportunities for growth
- Provide direction, development, guidance in reference to Guiding Principles including hiring, training, performance evaluations, scheduling
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement
- Embrace learning and development culture, liaising with L&D to maximise output
- Support teams to achieve participation levels in employment engagement surveys and enable site action plans
- Follow up the performance and activities of team members through regular reviews and feedback
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Champion DE&I, fostering open dialogue and collaboration
- Support and communicate site goals, provide regular performance reviews
- Model Guiding Principles and support the Cencora Purpose
- Prepare and maintain staffing plan, including recruitment, induction, training and holiday cover
- Provide training and development, succession planning as applicable
- Provide analytical reporting of People KPIs and financials promptly
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, pharmaceutical industry or related field
- Familiarity with inventory management software and tools
- Excellent organisational, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple functional departments
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures within a warehouse environment
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 applications

Additional Information
- Some UK travel required, with overnight stays, and attendance at meetings or conventions outside normal business hours including evenings and weekends.
