Job Overview: Multi Drop Driver at Alliance Healthcare – responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products to a network of pharmacies, hospitals and dispensing doctors. This role involves daily customer interaction, product scanning, checking, vehicle safety inspections and maintaining vehicle security.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pharmaceutical products to all valued customers on schedule.
- Serve as the daily point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate deliveries and reporting any shortages or errors.
- Inspect and scan items to guarantee product integrity.
- Perform daily vehicle checks to confirm roadworthiness and secure the vehicle at all times.
- Attend an online interview (if shortlisted), driving assessment and computer‑based risk assessment at the Service Centre.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than three live points.
- Capable of bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety regulations.
- At least one year of commercial driving experience within the last three years.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
- Unable to make reasonable adjustments for applicants who cannot perform the required manual handling duties.
