A detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our operations in a regulated environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards across health & safety, inventory control, customer service, and compliance with MHRA, GDP, GMP and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all work activities comply at all times with Company Health & Safety policies and standards
  • Report all accidents and near-misses immediately to the Health & Safety Manager
  • Operate only equipment for which full training has been received
  • Report any damage or defects to equipment, property or products to a Supervisor promptly
  • Maintain a professional appearance in line with company guidelines, wearing the correct uniform and a valid ID pass at all times
  • Carry out all operations in accordance with MHRA and GDP requirements, maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping
  • Support and promote continuous improvement across all areas of contract operations
  • Suggest and contribute ideas for improving processes and activities
  • Minimise potential inventory losses by strictly following agreed procedures and completing daily stock validation tasks
  • Process stock adjustments within the WMS in line with company guidelines
  • Record all identified errors and ensure they are fed back to relevant departments
  • Liaise with Finance and Customer Care teams to resolve stock-related queries and concerns
  • Investigate and resolve queries or complaints in a timely and methodical manner
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer and client enquiries
  • Conduct stock takes as required by clients
  • Create and maintain stock locations within the WMS
  • Carry out any reasonable requests as determined by management
  • Ensure all departmental activities are completed in accordance with company procedures and client instructions
  • Comply fully with all Standard Operating Procedures, Training Manuals, and any applicable GDP, GMP and ISO requirements

Key Competencies & Skills

  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office packages
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Good understanding of cross‑functional working and the role of other Alloga UK departments
