Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 3.5‑tonne van to complete assigned daily pharmaceutical deliveries.
- Load and unload totes onto the van while maintaining their integrity and security.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries made and any other relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with the transport team to relay updates or address any issues during the delivery process.
- Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure the van is roadworthy.
- Hold physical strength to lift tote bins up to 25kg.
- Complete upwards of 50 high‑volume deliveries per day.
Requirements
- Valid manual driver’s licence with no more than 3 ‘live’ points.
- Proven experience as a Multi Drop Van Driver or a similar role.
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and knowledge of assigned delivery areas/routes.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to delivery schedules.
- Capacity to perform manual handling duties (lift objects up to 25kg).
