Location: Hinckley, Link Point – LE2 8TG. Must live within 5 miles of LE2 8TG.

Hours per week: Minimum 48 hours – 6 day working week (Monday‑Friday full days + Saturday morning)

Salary: £35,642.88

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 3.5‑tonne van to complete assigned daily pharmaceutical deliveries.
  • Load and unload totes onto the van while maintaining their integrity and security.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries made and any other relevant information.
  • Communicate effectively with the transport team to relay updates or address any issues during the delivery process.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure the van is roadworthy.
  • Hold physical strength to lift tote bins up to 25kg.
  • Complete upwards of 50 high‑volume deliveries per day.

Requirements

  • Valid manual driver’s licence with no more than 3 ‘live’ points.
  • Proven experience as a Multi Drop Van Driver or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and knowledge of assigned delivery areas/routes.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to delivery schedules.
  • Capacity to perform manual handling duties (lift objects up to 25kg).
