Location: Coatbridge

Work Pattern: 25 Hours per Week, 10:45-14:45 - Monday to Friday 09:00-14:00 Sunday

Rate of Pay: £13.07 per hour

Summary of Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Coatbridge. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, and enjoys working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive, unload, and store deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure products are handled and stored in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely following training and procedures.
• Support colleagues and contribute to achieving team targets.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and site regulations.

Skills and Knowledge

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Desirable Experience using warehouse management systems.
• Previous order picking and packing experience.
• Understanding of stock control processes.
• Experience working within a distribution or logistics environment.
