• Location: Coatbridge
• Work Pattern: Monday to Saturday, 48 hours a week
• Salary: £36,840 .00

Summary of Role

Are you a reliable and customer-focused driver looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join a busy and supportive transport team in Coatbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and values working as part of a professional operation.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily delivery routes across designated areas efficiently and safely
• Load, unload, and handle goods with care to prevent damage
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects promptly
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within scheduled timeframes
• Maintain delivery records and complete relevant paperwork or electronic documentation
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point
• Follow all road traffic regulations and company procedures
• Work closely with the transport team to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills and Knowledge

• Full UK Driving Licence with a good driving record
• Previous multi-drop or delivery driving experience preferred
• Strong understanding of road safety and vehicle checks
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work to delivery schedules
• Comfortable using handheld devices or delivery systems
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Physically capable of loading and unloading goods when required

Desirable

• Previous experience within a logistics, transport, or distribution environment
• Experience completing high-volume multi-drop routes
• Knowledge of the Coatbridge and surrounding areas
