Reactive Maintenance Joiner
Alliance Group Management is an established provider of reactive maintenance to the social and private housing sectors within Glasgow and Inverclyde area.
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and reliable reactive maintenance joiner to join our forward-thinking team to help deliver our strategic priorities. This position is a Full-Time Permanent post which provides an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced reactive maintenance organisation committed to providing exceptional customer service.
As a Reactive / Void Property Maintenance Joiner you will play a vital role in our operations working across a mixture of domestic and commercial properties, delivering a high-quality service to our clients.
The successful candidate will:
· Be a Time Served Joiner possessing an SVQ3 or City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery.
· Ideally have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a similar reactive maintenance and void property sectors.
· Hold a full current UK driving licence.
· Be determined to succeed with a positive \”can-do\” customer focussed attitude.
· Be a highly organised individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The reactive Maintenance Joiner will be responsible for:
· Carrying out reactive Joinery maintenance repair work in a neat and timeous manner.
· Identify issues assess materials required and resolve same to a high standard.
· Work as part of a team or on one\’s own.
· Ensure strict compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc Act at all times.
· Supporting high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver operational excellence across all aspects of the business including occupied properties.

Hours of work are Mon-Friday 9.00am until 17.00pm, overtime available at evenings and weekends.
In return, we will offer a competitive package dependant on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £14.50-£17.00 per hour
