Alliance for Better Care (ABC) is recruiting a General Practitioner to lead the UCR Team within the Virtual Ward service in Worthing. You will act as senior clinical decision maker, delivering daily leadership, triage, and decisions for a 30–50 bed virtual ward.
Your week includes face-to-face clinics at the UCR base and some remote sessions on Tuesdays/Thursdays, with occasional travel across Sussex and supervision of ACPs and MDT development.
