The company caters to Developers and Contractors in London and surrounding areas, offering specialized facade solutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor at Alliance Facade Services Ltd. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ preparation, contract management, identifying and pricing Variations and agreeing montly applicstions for payment.
The role is open to both candidates local to the London area, and those willing to travel and stay for a night or two per week (expenses covered), with some home based working also possible.
The candidate will report directly to the Directors of the company and become an essential part of the wider Alliance Facades management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Cost Management and CVR/CTC experience
- 5+ years of previous experience at specialist subcontractor (cladding sector preffered but not essential)
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills
- Client negotiation experience
- Contract knowledge, primarly JCT
