We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Pricing & Commercial Optimisation to lead the development and execution of our pricing strategy across all customer channels, product categories, and business units. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, enhancing pricing governance, improving commercial decision-making, and ensuring our pricing capability evolves to support future business growth, including significant eCommerce expansion.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong analytical capability, using data, market intelligence and commercial insight to optimise pricing performance, improve profitability and strengthen our competitive position. This role requires a proactive leader who can identify opportunities, challenge existing practices and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the company’s pricing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
