About The Role
We are currently looking for a HRBP Europe to join our European HR Department. This position will act as the operational interface between HR and the business, at European level. The role will focus on providing expert advice and guidance on various HR related issues, whilst collaborating with the corporate HR teams, local HR teams, Senior Management, and other departments to ensure a high level of engagement and alignment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide sound HR Advice on a range of matters across the employee life cycle; from entry to exit.
- Be a strategic and trusted partner to the business, working with our corporate team across multiple countries and areas of the business, to improve organisational performance.
- Act as an internal sparring partner for our European and Global departments, providing advice and fostering positive relationships.
- Cooperate closely with the local HR team, whilst building alignment.
- Management of the Talent acquisition process, with strong collaboration with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Management of recruitment agencies and other vendors.
- Facilitation of organisational changes and change management process.
- Supporting Managers with the business processes such as within our HRIS system, Workday.
What You’ll Need
- Successfully completed studies in Human Resources, Business administration or related field.
- Several years of professional experience as a HRBP, ideally within corporate, matrix organisations, at international level.
- Expert knowledge of recruitment and sourcing of talent.
- Strong understanding of employment law and application.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate on all levels.
- Business level fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Experience with HRIS systems, ideally Workday or similar, along with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Able to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and flexible to adapt to change. Solution orientated, efficient and structured way of working.
