Parts Advisor: CV Parts & Customer Growth

Alliance Automotive Group is hiring a Parts Advisor for the NAPA Auto Parts – Commercial network in the United Kingdom. You will handle telephone orders, upsell to increase invoice value, and perform outbound calls to raise customer awareness and sales, while building long-term relationships with local customers.

You will actively promote offers and discounts, participate in customer competitions, and help limit credits and returns by ensuring the right parts are ordered first time.
