What You’ll Do
- Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, and evidence‑based interventions to individuals, groups, and/or families
- Utilize strength‑based wellness and recovery models to support client engagement and progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integration of services and coordinated care
- Promote optimal client outcomes through effective treatment planning and service delivery
- Complete clinical documentation to meet regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements
- Maintain accurate, legible, and timely documentation within established timelines
- Participate in specialized training and professional development opportunities
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education, and ability of the employee
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Colorado licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Experience working in a behavioral health or clinical treatment setting
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention
- Knowledge of DSM‑5, recovery‑oriented care, and trauma‑informed practices
- Ability to work effectively within an electronic health record (EHR) system

Compensation
Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $69,000 – $73,500 (based on experience and licensure)
Bilingual Differential: 10% compensation differential for bilingual English/Spanish clinicians (language proficiency testing required)
