We are Masters in Stone, providing luxury natural stone surfaces and landscape products to garden designers, architects and private clients worldwide. Allgreen was born in 2005 by two brothers, Harry and Aleks, and a few years later joined by their younger brother Finley, all sharing the desire & passion to establish a unique outdoor lifestyle brand.
From humble beginnings, they began by establishing strong relationships with quarries processing, finishing & stocking a small range of products in the dusty corner of a friend’s timber yard in rural Somerset. A wonderful collection of unique stones & landscape products has been lovingly curated over the years with the help of our loyal clients sharing our strong desire to source natural, sustainable & finest products available.
Today, we can be proud of a busy 153,000 sqft production & distribution depot based in Yeovil, Somerset supported by our partnered quarries, brickworks and recyclers situated throughout UK, Europe and Worldwide. With great pride we have built a collection of Show Gardens situated throughout the UK including our Showroom in The Glasshouse Collective in Chobham, Surrey, and at our home in Somerset, where our clients can appreciate the beauty of natural stone and the natural treasures of the earth.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Salesperson and Client Executive to be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. This role plays a vital part in delivering a smooth and premium customer journey, supporting our high-performing sales team through enquiry handling, order processing, business development and CRM management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment where being both proactive and reactive is key.
Primary Sales Responsibilities- Handling website enquiries and incoming phone calls - Acting as the first point of contact for customers, responding promptly to all enquiries and answering calls in a professional and helpful manner. Providing support, information, resolving initial concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Business Development - Acting as a business development representative in contacting new leads, maintaining relationships with current clients and following up on large deals that need the last push over the line. This includes creating deals, activities and follow ups on Pipedrive.
- Processing quotations and orders - Preparing and sending quotations to clients, ensuring all details are accurate. Processing stock orders efficiently and managing them through to completion.
- Ownership of sample requests and follow ups - Handle sample requests from the website and email enquiries. This will include following up to generate new leads.
- Following up on quotes and tracking orders - Proactively following up with customers on outstanding quotes to increase conversion rates. Keeping customers updated on lead times, order statuses, and expected delivery schedules.
- Providing product information and support - Developing a strong understanding of the full product range, including bespoke options and lead times. Offering accurate and informed responses to customer queries.
- Utilising CRM - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders using Pipedrive. Ensuring all sales data is up to date and assisting with reporting where necessary.
