Put your automatic door experience to work across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector projects.
We are looking for an EN 16005-accredited Automatic Door Engineer to join Allgood. You will help keep entrances safe, compliant and reliable, with a company vehicle, ongoing manufacturer and industry training, and overtime opportunities.
- Install, service, maintain and repair automatic door systems.
- Carry out safety inspections and compliance checks in accordance with EN 16005.
- Find and resolve faults across different manufacturers and systems.
- Deliver safe, efficient work and provide a professional service to clients and site contacts.
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation on time.
What you will bring
- Proven automatic door and entrance system experience.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage site work effectively.
- A full UK driving licence.
Travel and call-outs
You will travel throughout London and the surrounding areas each day and participate in out-of-hours call-outs when required.
Additional experience we would welcome
Access control knowledge, experience across a range of automatic door manufacturers, and work on commercial, retail, healthcare, education or public sector sites. These are desirable rather than essential.
