We are looking for

Main responsibilities:
- To develop the Compliance and AML tasks as 2nd line of defence, in accordance with UK Regulation and the Group policies
- Identification and assessment of the compliance risks to the branch management and staff
- Establishment of the compliance procedures and policies adapting the Group policies
- Ensure the implementation of the Group Compliance Monitoring programme based on the Regulatory Risk Assessment and on the Corporate Defense Model
- Report the monitoring results to the local Management and to the Compliance department at headquarters
- Centralisation of information on compliance issues
- Analysis of compliance issues, interventions and follow-up
- Clients Due diligence and AML transaction monitoring
- ML Risk Assessment
- Assistance and advice to senior management in compliance matters
- Awareness and training of the employees
- Communication with the financial authorities
