Chief Compliance Officer

Location: London Main resonsibilities: To develop the Compliance and AML tasks as 2nd line of defence, in accordance with UK Regulation and the Group policies and

Identification and assessment of the compliance risks to the branch management and staff.

Establishment of the compliance procedures and policies adapting the Group policies.

Ensure the implementation of the Group Compliance Monitoring programme based on the Regulatory Risk Assessment and on the Corporate Defense Model. must ensure that all UK applicable regulatory obligations are included in such plans if needed, and (iii) report the monitoring results to the local

Management and to the Compliance department on the headquarters.

Centralisation of information on compliance issues.

Analysis of compliance issues, interventions and follow-up.

Clients Due diligence and AML transaction monitoring.

ML Risk Assessment Assistance and advice to senior management in compliance matters.

Awareness and training of the employees.

Communication with the financial authorities.
