We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role, with at least 10 years of experience in the financial market.
Your role in the team:
- Develop compliance and AML tasks as part of the 2nd line of defense, in accordance with UK regulations and group policies.
- Identify and assess compliance risks, and inform branch management and staff.
- Establish compliance procedures and policies aligned with group standards.
- Implement the Group Compliance Monitoring program based on regulatory risk assessments and the Corporate Defense Model.
- Ensure all UK regulatory obligations are included, perform controls, define action plans, and report results to local management and headquarters compliance department.
- Centralize compliance information, analyze issues, and follow up on interventions.
- Conduct client due diligence and AML transaction monitoring.
- Perform ML risk assessments.
- Advise senior management on compliance matters.
- Provide compliance training to employees and communicate with financial authorities.
