Responsibilities:

  • Develop Compliance and AML tasks as 2nd line of defence in accordance with UK Regulation and Group policies and procedures.
  • Identify and assess compliance risks to branch management and staff.
  • Establish compliance procedures and policies adapting the Group policies.
  • Ensure implementation of the Group Compliance Monitoring programme based on the Regulatory Risk Assessment and the Corporate Defence Model.
  • Ensure all UK applicable regulatory obligations are included in the programme, conduct 2nd line controls, define action plans if needed, and report monitoring results to local management and to the Compliance department at headquarters.
  • Centralise information on compliance issues.
  • Analyse compliance issues, interventions and follow‐up.
  • Conduct client due diligence and AML transaction monitoring.
  • Perform ML risk assessment.
  • Provide assistance and advice to senior management in compliance matters.
  • Raise awareness and provide training to employees.
  • Communicate with financial authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years in a similar position and at least 10 years of experience in the financial market.
