Roles and Responsibilities
- Own and lead the design and optimization of novel optical systems for diverse projects.
- Conduct experimental implementation of new optical designs.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, industry partners, suppliers, and customers to drive innovation.
- Contribute to intellectual property development, including participating in patent writing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Zemax Opticstudio.
- 3 years of experience in Research and Development outside of PhD.
- Strong knowledge of Image Formation Theory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in head-mounted displays (HMDs) or head-up displays (HUDs).
- Experience with manufacturing simulated designs.
- Demonstrated presentation skills.
- Enthusiasm and resilience.
