Alleyoop is a performance marketing and media agency operating across Glasgow, Edinburgh and London. We specialise in Google Ads, Paid Social and paid media across TV, Radio, Outdoor, Digital and Podcasts. Our job is simple. We drive revenue. Profitably. As a Client Services Manager, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our delivery teams. You'll work closely with our PPC, Social, Creative and Leadership teams to ensure clients are informed, supported and seeing the value of the work we're delivering. You'll be responsible for managing communication, reporting, retention and account growth across a portfolio of clients, ensuring every relationship is strong, productive and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate activity between Client Services, Sales and Delivery teams
- Lead weekly and monthly client meetings
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and performance updates
- Identify opportunities to improve results and grow accounts
- Work with the delivery team to ensure campaigns remain aligned to client objectives
- Resolve client challenges quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and communications within HubSpot
- Support client retention and renewal conversations
- Help us consistently exceed expectations and deliver measurable business growth for our clients
Technical delivery experience isn't essential. You'll be supported by an exceptional team of specialists who manage campaign execution and optimisation.
Skills & Experience:
- Preferred (but not essential): Agency experience
- Account management or client services experience
- Marketing or digital marketing experience
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Exposure to Google Ads, Paid Social or performance marketing
