Alleyn's School based in Dulwich, South London, are looking for an outstanding Attendance Officer to sit at the heart of our safeguarding and pastoral systems, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and well‑regulated environment where every pupil can thrive.
In this key role, you’ll take the lead on daily attendance, punctuality, and absence, ensuring every pupil is known, supported, and ready to learn. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with pupils, families, and staff. Strong analytical skills and sound judgement are essential, as you’ll track patterns, interpret data, and work closely with pastoral and academic teams to drive excellent attendance and early intervention.
This is a full‑time, term‑time only position with a full‑time equivalent (FTE) salary of £30,000–£35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The pro‑rata salary for term‑time only working is £22,238–£25,944. All staff enjoy access to superb facilities and resources.
