Alleyn’s is seeking a Sports Gap Year Assistant to join our Junior School from 28 August 2025 for two terms or a full academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone considering a career in teaching or sport, providing the opportunity to work within an experienced department and support in delivering teaching and learning across the curriculum and co-curriculum.

Experience in coaching or officiating younger pupils and a proven ability in netball, football, hockey, or cricket would be advantageous. The role is primarily based in the Junior School, but the successful applicant will also support the Senior School sports programme every Saturday morning during term-time.

The School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. Alleyn’s is an Equal Opportunities employer.
