Alleyn's Oakfield, based in South London, are seeking to appoint a Senior Premises Operative to be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of site activities. This role supports the Business Manager in overseeing daily Site operations, guiding the Junior Caretaker, maintaining site standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and project requirements. The role is very hands-on and operational, and a driving licence is essential. It is a full-time, year-round position, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10:30am to 6:30pm.
