Alleyn’s is one of the country’s leading co-educational day schools, set in the heart of Dulwich and educating around 1,400 pupils aged 4–18. This is an especially exciting time for the School as it expands its Futures and Enterprise work, strengthens partnerships, and continues to innovate in response to a rapidly evolving global landscape. We are seeking a visionary, dynamic and strategic leader to shape and lead this agenda. The Deputy Head, Community, Innovation & Futures will help define how Alleyn’s prepares pupils not just for university, but for life, championing entrepreneurship, strengthening real world learning, building sector leading partnerships, and driving our response to the opportunities and challenges of AI and the future workplace.
Working at the Executive level, the post holder will lead the development of a pioneering Futures and Enterprise programme, cultivate meaningful connections with alumni and external partners, oversee flagship community events, and help position Alleyn’s as a hub of creativity, innovation and lifelong support. This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving, kind and energetic school community and to help shape a model of education that is genuinely future ready.
