Alleyn's Oakfield is looking for an enthusiastic, caring After School Care (ASC) Manager to lead our after school provision for children aged 4 to 11 from 7 September 2026. You'll be the warm, dependable presence that children and families look forward to at the end of the school day, creating a nurturing, happy, and stimulating environment where children can unwind, play, and thrive.

As ASC Manager you'll bring both a genuine love of working with children and strong organisational skills to a role that is as varied as it is rewarding.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working with children aged 4–11 in a structured setting such as a school, day care, or holiday camp
  • Confident leading and supervising a small team
  • Warm, patient, and enthusiastic, with a genuine understanding of children's needs
  • A commitment to safeguarding and always putting children's wellbeing first

Hours: Mon–Fri, 3:15pm – 6:15pm
