Alleyn’s School is looking for a talented Hospitality & Events Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations and help deliver exceptional experiences across our vibrant school community.

In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee all F&B activity across our commercial outlets, from our busy café to meetings, events and large-scale functions. Working closely with our Event Delivery team, you’ll ensure every service runs smoothly and every guest feels well looked after.

You’ll manage a wide variety of operations, from high-volume daily service and meeting refreshments to impressive gala dinners for up to 400 guests. We’re looking for someone highly organised, hands-on and calm under pressure, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of delivering outstanding hospitality.

This is a full-time, year-round position. Working hours are typically spread across five days out of seven, Monday to Sunday, between 7:00am and 10:00pm, and will require a flexible approach.
