Head of HR Operations at Alleyn\’s School The Governors of Alleyn\’s School are keen to identify committed volunteers to join the Governing Board. Led by the Chair of Governors, the Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the School, defining the School\’s educational and co-curricular offering and ensuring the School\’s continued long-term financial stability. The Board works as a team to deliver on the School\’s commitment to offer an outstanding holistic education, in a safe and secure environment.
We anticipate that vacancies to join the Governing Board will exist through the next one to four years. With this in mind, we are particularly keen to hear from applicants with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly as it relates to educational practice, digital transformation, and strategic innovation. We welcome candidates who can offer insight into the ethical, operational, and pedagogical implications of AI, whether through personalised learning, data-driven decision-making, or safeguarding and governance frameworks. Your insight will help the School, and the wider Alleyn\’s Schools Group, to navigate and lead the thoughtful integration of emerging technologies across all dimensions of school life enabling us to remain adaptive and innovative.
