Alleyn’s Oakfield, located in Dulwich, London, is seeking to appoint an excellent and committed Deputy Head (Academic) and Class Teacher to join us from 3 September 2026. This is a key strategic leadership role, maintaining oversight of the academic progress of all pupils across the School and taking overall responsibility for ensuring every child is supported to reach and fulfil their academic potential.
The postholder will shape the academic life of Alleyn’s Oakfield, ensuring pupils flourish within a challenging, exciting and progressive curriculum. They will set the academic tone of the school, champion excellence in teaching and learning, and remain closely connected to the most relevant, innovative and inspiring pedagogical developments, including the effective use of IT and digital technologies to enhance learning.
