An exciting opportunity has become available with a leading branded FMCG business for a National Account Manager looking to take ownership of a strategically important customer portfolio worth over £20 million.
This role offers genuine autonomy, significant growth opportunities and a clear pathway into larger grocery and leadership roles.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing a £20m+ customer P&L
- Developing and delivering Joint Business Plans
- Leading commercial negotiations
- Driving range expansion, promotional activity and category growth
- Identifying new growth opportunities across multiple retail formats
- Working cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance
We're looking for someone with:
- National Account Management experience within FMCG
- Retail customer experience
- Strong commercial and financial capability
- Experience managing customer P&Ls
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A growth mindset and passion for building customer partnerships

Package: £60,000-£70,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
