An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join a category leading global food business, with a core focus on the Convenience channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of brand activation strategies to drive incremental sales and visibility in key customers.
- Develop and optimise in-store and online strategies, including point of sale materials and product placements.
- Create and implement channel-specific promotions and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with customers and agencies to develop joint marketing initiatives.
- Analyse and measure the effectiveness of campaigns through key metrics such as sales lift and ROI.
- Manage the Consumer Promotion budget, negotiating with customers and suppliers to achieve best value.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced shopper marketer, preferably with a background within the Convenience Channel. You should have a track record in local brand/product or shopper marketing, with strong project management skills and the ability to analyse data and derive insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
