A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join a leading spirits company on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the chance to work with one of the world's most iconic whiskey brands, driving growth and innovation in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of portfolio management, including NPD and innovation pipeline.
- Oversee consumer experience strategies, ensuring consistent and premium brand interactions across all touchpoints.
- Manage the relationship with global brand teams and agencies.
- Support annual brand planning and budget management, optimising resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, and Finance teams to translate brand strategies into actionable commercial plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor movements, synthesising insights to pivot strategies as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
- We're seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand management within the spirits industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving brand strategy with measurable results.
- Strong experience in end-to-end product management and new product development.
