Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive volume and value growth across the On Trade channel in the North East region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including national and regional pub groups, bars, and hospitality venues.
  • Manage promotional activity, pricing strategies and trade investment to maximise return on investment.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, supply chain and field sales to deliver aligned commercial objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting in line with business requirements.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven track record in account management within the drinks, hospitality or FMCG sector.
  • Experience working within the On Trade channel is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, managing own territory, and thriving in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills are essential.
