Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow all grocery accounts in the Irish market and High Street Discounters in the UK.
  • Negotiate contracts, oversee commercial planning, and ensure execution excellence.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with retail partners.
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with category vision and strategy.
  • Own the retailer P&L, driving value, volume, and profitability metrics.
  • Lead product launches, marketing activations, and promotional strategies.
  • Analyse market performance, providing insights on competitor activity and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic projects, contributing to continuous improvement.
