Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow all grocery accounts in the Irish market and High Street Discounters in the UK.
- Negotiate contracts, oversee commercial planning, and ensure execution excellence.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with retail partners.
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with category vision and strategy.
- Own the retailer P&L, driving value, volume, and profitability metrics.
- Lead product launches, marketing activations, and promotional strategies.
- Analyse market performance, providing insights on competitor activity and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Participate in strategic projects, contributing to continuous improvement.
